I would love to run a 5K this spring. I have wanted to do this for years but my knees give me trouble. If I run for more than a couple of days a week I am in so much pain. I now alternate running and walking and that seems to be fine on my knees. I also play tennis a few days a week and have noticed that my knees hurt after I play, every now and then. If anyone has any suggestions on what I could do please let me know!
