Hey, My first post here, so hey everyone C:
Basically I need help coming up with some kind of weight loss program, I am quite self-concious/unhappy with my figure at the moment, and i've finally decided to do something about it. So first off, here are some stats.
Basic Stats-
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Height: 5"11
Weight: 182 lbs..ish?
Current Diet-
Breakfast (Toast/beans or cereal)
Dinner- Usually some rice/pasta or sandwichy based thing
Tea- Eat a cooked meal with the family. Can range from anything from take out to Cheese and potato pie
Inbetween meals i usually eat some junk food, on occasion some fruit, and nearly everyday a sandwich or some toast when i get peckish during the night (I usually stay up until about 1am)
Current Excercise-
I recently starting cycling about 30 minutes-2:30 hours every 3 days or so
I get in the garden and play basket ball every night, though it's hardley ever anything more than messing around. Not really excercise
I usually have inspired working out burts, say i'll do 100 sit ups one night, then not do anything for a few weeks. Which I doubt is doing anything.
My desired goals from this thread-
I would like a good excercise routine suggested, and also a reccomended daily food intake, Because I know i shouldn't be eating as much as I am right now.

And although it's mainly about getting in shape, I also want to feel healthier, more energetic and pro-active, I think since i took a year off college i've gotten into a slump which hasn't helped the wait, and i feel like a good routine would help towards getting to be a healthier/happier person all round.
I want to lose alot of fat from around the chest and Stomach area, though I know it's not as easy to just pick and choose area's to rid fat of.
