Need some advice

I am used to exercising but am getting bored at my tapes now. I am wondering if anyone has any good advice on trying something aerobic at least 45 min long. Also going to try BL DVD. I am wanting a challenge but something do able.
 
BL is a challenge, I havn't been able to get through it yet, but its fun!

I use a web program called pushtv.com it's kinda neat. They customize a program to your needs, level of intensity what areas you need to work on etc. You get a personal trainer who does core and strength training with you and you can choose your aerobic instructor.

It costs $25.00/month pretty comparable to a gym membership. They send you a new CD every 4 weeks so you don't get bored of doing the same tape over and over again. The CD is actually broken up into 3 parts. The 1st two weeks you do session 1 with your trainer then the next 2 weeks you do session 2 and there is also the aerobic option. Oh and you also get 2 sets of dynabands with your first CD.

It might be something to look into. Otherwise there is always the option to check out videos at your local library to keep things fresh and new.
