Need some advice on workouts

Hey, I am in desperate need of a workout schedule that will help me build muscle and to help with push-ups. I am 6'5 and weigh about 185Lbs ( skinny!) I am currently in the Army and have plenty of time to work out and a fully equiped gym, I just don't know where to start. Some of my buddies tell me to just keep eating, some tell me to get some mass supplements, which I don't mind doing. The only problem is that I don't have a kitchen and cannot make any kind of meal whenever. I do eat a lot but only 3 times a day on a 16-18 hour day so I figure with all the pt I do and my weight I'm looking at a 4000 calorie diet which cannot happen with 3 meals, and every time I walk into a gym it's like a foreign language to me. So any advice would be greatly apreciated.
 
Have you seen the guys working out in the army gym? They must have bench, squat, deadlift ect. Is there no coach/instructor to help?
 
This is going to be hilarious,Im in the army I'm 6'3 I weigh 185 and Im looking for a workout in the gym as well for triceps im kind of new to the gym but I don't have a army gym to workout in and there is noone ever in the gym, I'm using a hospital fitness center and I was curious what kind of workouts I can do to boost my pushups fast (Besides doing pushups cause I do those as is) and pec's. Thanks in advance for your help.
