Hey, I am in desperate need of a workout schedule that will help me build muscle and to help with push-ups. I am 6'5 and weigh about 185Lbs ( skinny!) I am currently in the Army and have plenty of time to work out and a fully equiped gym, I just don't know where to start. Some of my buddies tell me to just keep eating, some tell me to get some mass supplements, which I don't mind doing. The only problem is that I don't have a kitchen and cannot make any kind of meal whenever. I do eat a lot but only 3 times a day on a 16-18 hour day so I figure with all the pt I do and my weight I'm looking at a 4000 calorie diet which cannot happen with 3 meals, and every time I walk into a gym it's like a foreign language to me. So any advice would be greatly apreciated.
