Hi so, I'm 17 and I weight 19 stone, although I don't think all 19 stone is fat as I have compared myself to people of a similar weight and I'm nowhere near as big. Anyway I'm sick of being fat, I can't do as many activities as everyone else, girls aren't interested etc. the same old clichés. How can I lose weight? I'm going to the gym but I'm not losing anything, how can I eat properly when I'm such a picky eater, literally the only food I can tolerate is meat, everything else I am fussy with - I don't like salads, I only like peas, corn and broccoli, I don't like many fruits and I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to fizz. Can someone give me a sort of mini meal plan or something that can put me on the right lines?
