Need pointers

I am 17 and need to lose 30 pounds by April 25 starting Monday 3/21 i decided to eat little to no sugar and along with the workouts i already do i do an additional 200 push ups i have developed man boobs and want to lose those as well my issue is that with school i don't have a lot of free time on my hands and i have to eat breakfast and lunch there as well and i know that all were eating is processed food and i usually eat a flat bread sandwich with roast beef, salami pepper-jack cheese along with bell peppers and banana peppers with pineapples or kiwi. Iv'e even replaced my breakfast with a 23g protein shake since there are no healthier options for that either. Is there any advice to give for me last time i weighed in i was at 333 lbs i am 6'5"
