cut a few limbs off.
I hear air is low in, everything nutritional.

Why do you not want to take the time to do things the correct way?
 
do things the right way without starving yourself to impress classmates and i wont give you smartass comments.

September is a long ways off, enough time to do things the RIGHT way, in a healthy manner.

Read around this forum. Especially nutrition. You'll find your answers there, if you choose to eat calories in relation to what you're supposed to w/out starvation.
 
The fastest way you can lose weight while still maintaining some semblance of health is something like a Protein Sparing Modified Fast.

There you're essentially eating nothing but lot's of protein, some EFAs, and some veggies.

But I'll echo the above poster.

It's quite evident that any weight you lose quickly will return in equal amounts of time... and quite possibly more so than you lost.
 
No, every time I loose weight slow by diet and exercize it comes back..

It comes back because you start eating more calories than your body needs.

Im not a naturally active person.. so I need a low-cal diet that I can switch to permanantly to loose weight and then maintain it.

Why no exercise?

And even without exercise, that doesn't mean you need a super low calorie diet.

Give a solution that works for me or dont bother to reply.. I need to loose the weight by september otherwise I cant go to the reuinion.

I'm not sure what part of the Protein Sparing Modified Fast you didn't understand. But I stand firmly on my opinion that any weight you lose fast you'll gain back.
 
I'm not the guy that can help you. It's obvious you aren't going to listen to any advice that opposes your perceptions and beliefs and I'm not too good at coddling. That said, from what I'm told by this forum's admin... this is a great place for coddling. Hopefully someone will come along and give you advice you find appealing.

Stop it.
Everyone has lives, busy lives. Lot of people hate exercise as well and planning meals.
But they do it, because they want results that last.

Sit down, read this forum, open you mind, plan meals, take part in exercise and stop asking people to give you a plan when you're 100% capable of doing it yourself.

Call me mean, but you obviously don't want to do things that will be healthy for you and keep the weight off. You'd rather embrace vanity and trade your health for it.

This site gives you the tools to build a plan that helps you and only you. there are no cookie cutter answers.

And why isn't health important? Looks fade. Health can keep you alive or kill you. Your looks can only do so much for you. Would you rather live a long life or die early because you value looks more?

It is odd how you are demanding the impossible..that we feed you some plan that doesn't exist.. If there was some magic way you could survive on less than 1000 calories per day without hunger, and could do it healthily (or even unhealthily) for less than $2 a day, I'm sure we'd all be doing it. Let's see, for $2 per day you could eat a pot of beans or lentils and some rice..every day. I dont see how anyone can eat properly on that amount of money. You should look into a job or food stamps (or get some help from family).

you LOSE fat... your clothes and your skin become LOOSE when you LOSE fat....

Ok, I'll try and help, but not sure if I can.

Can I ask how you got to be overweight if your budget is $2 a day? Or something recently changed.

Anyway, I guess on $14 a week you could try making up a huge pot of vege soup and then eat raw veges. Vege soup is fast to get into and you can carry it around with you as you work or play. I don't think you would really have enough money to afford protein so you will be lacking in that and a lot of other things. If you have a few months try growing anything you can and it will save money.

You sound like you are a very busy person, can I ask what work you do?

I am a mother and i constantly get interrupted. I am a very busy person with many commitments i have in the community but at night I boil eggs, chop veges, make mini salads, grab crackers that I can take with me or walk around with. Often I don't finish my meal, but I get in what I can, when I can (these meals are or preplanned and made). Sometimes I have the joy of actually finishing my meal.

I am hearing that your appearance is important to you. My appearance is important to me too (my health more so). I am hearing you don't like running, you don't like jogging. Well if your appearance is important then you are going to have to accept that you have to do some full on exercise to get the appearance you want, or forget about it.

I want a perfect stomach so I can wear a bikini so I do the crunches, strength exercises and training I need to look that way. Otherwise I can just be slim and have flab. You have a to make a decision and sacrifice. Decide what you want.
 
Im a cashier at walmart.. I work all kinds of odd hours.

Im overwieght because I have a slow metabolism and eat garbage like fast food burgers, because that's all I have time for.

Soup is out.. the only soups I like are cream of broccoli, cream of potato, and cheddar.


What about some kind of shakes? Something similar to slimfast.. but not the slimfast, as they are too high in sugars and carbs.. I can do 2 shakes a day. Are there any brands that are good?

I'm trying to help, I really am. I don't know of any shakes that would fit your price range and I'm not sure if they would keep you satisfied. Maybe someone else knows.

Are you able to mange your time a bit better. If you could post your daily routine and times I am happy to help out. Please include things like children, extra curricula activities, family commitments, if you watch tv include this etc.

If you can get on top of your time management you will be able to achieve everything.
 
You sound extremely stressed. Do you have a husband to help you? And I'm not understanding your work hours and how busy your schedule is.

While you are watching tv you can exercise, this is what I do. I have no choice if I want to look this way.

If you are breastfeeding you can eat your food when the baby is feeding.
 
my boyfriend works midnites, so he is asleep during the day


I dont breastfeed, I bottle feed.. its impossible to hold a bottle to feed her and also feed myself at the same time.

There is no "daily routine" because I dont have a set schedule.. I work all kinds of hours.. lately Ive been scheduled anywhere from 9am to 10pm although I have worked as early as 6 am to as late as midnite.

Ok, if you want help I will help but you have stop saying things like impossible. Because I will tell you right now that it is possible to feed a toddler and newborn and yourself at the same time. It is possible to have not just a tidy home, but a spotless home, it is possible to have excellent meals on the table every day, it is possible to work full ltime and care for a newborn and yourself, it is possible to look even better after having a baby, I know, because I have done it.

So calm down. Nothing is going to happen unless you calm down. Your baby will be feeling this anxiety, I'm feeling it through the computer. You need to be calm with the baby, attend to their every need, accept this part of it or don't even worry about how you are going to prepare food or fit exercise in.

Don't make any excuses start working out a bloody plan. If you don't like vege soup, then too bad. Do you want to be slim. You haven't given me a lot to work with considering your budget and all the other things going on. you don't like exercise, you don't like the foods suggested. So how do you want people to really help.

You aren't going to have the body of your dreams or even lose weight if you aren't willing to sacrifice something.

I am not sure what to say. I wanted to help but I don't think I can.
 
I havent even eaten anything today.. I dont know what to make.. most stuff we have around the house takes time to prepare, or isnt healthy... besides that, I KNOW the minute I sit down to eat, the baby will cry to be fed.. even tho she normally sleeps till around 3-4ish, she will wake if I make something to eat.

Then maybe just buy fruit, then there is nothing to prepare, just swallow bananas and apples. If you don't like fruit, I have no idea. No matter what you are not going to be getting the right nutritional requirements and I honestly can't see you losing any weight at all.

what about a shake or something that I can make in my vitamixer, put in a pitcher, and pour to drink thru the day? Like fruit with protien powder or something?

I have no idea.
 
You are doomed to be fat because you have put yourself in this situation. How many posts did you make before you gave up let alone even embarked on a diet or even tried to plan one.

If you want help, reread the thread ask questions, consider options, make sacrifices and put the work in.

I don't really care to put my energy into a person who is so negative or down about how hard it is. I offered my help because I have learnt to juggle all of these things as a mother.
