Need Opinions!!

I go to the gym at least twice a week ( Monday and Friday), train only with machine and free weights. On Tues and Thursday, I play soccer (very high intensity) and sometimes go for a 2.4 mile run minimum during the weekends...My objective is to grow muscular, but not bulky, eg. Like Brad Pitt with more muscle mass.
Recently, I took a few weeks off, no training at all...
I gonna start my whole training regim mention above again..
Any pointers?
 
You would need to tell us ur diet and workout program before we comment on it.
 
My diet consists of most healthy meals, except that in the evening i sometimes have a bar of chocolate of 2. My height is 5 '11 and weight is 175.
 
sorry mate but i cant really help you out. If you want some advice you gotta acctually type out ur diet and workouts. just look around and you'll see what im talking about.
 
agreed. Diet is like 80% of the success you have so thats important info to have
