Need an opinion

Hi,
I have a question for the more experienced weight loss/fitness members.....
I'm Male 27 years old
Height : 180 cm/ 5'9''
Weight : 96kg /212 lbs
I have been on a program for one week now which contains "

My daily meals:
2-4 eggs
2 vegetable salads with a small piece of cheese
300-500 gr/10-17 oz fried pork or chicken
Looooots of water

Workout: 3 times a week intense 20-30 min weight lifting
3 times a week 20-30 min cardio(no weight lift days)
Sunday Rest
NOTE: I have been weight lifting 3 days a week for 4 months but without cardio exercises and no diet meal plan

Desk job with very little exercise....

Question: How much time in order to lose 10kg/22lbs??

Congrats on getting started! I'd have to crunch numbers a little better on your calorie intake, but 1/2 lb-2lbs a week is the range for healthy, long lasting weight loss. As a personal trainer, I wanted to say you're doing great with that workout routine. Exactly what I would have suggested for getting started :)
