I have been doing an hour of cardio (6 times a week) and half hour of pilates (3 times a week). I also do abs (3 times a week).

My cardio is usally three times a week tae bo, and three times a week high aerobics (jumping rope, jumping, dance), or dance aerobics and ballet.

I live in Ukraine, and it is cold. Facilities are also very societ style bad. We have a track near my place, it is outdoors and in the spring/fall/summer when it is warm enough I can run.

BUT right now, I can only do workouts at home in my room. My workouts have consisted of doing youtube videos I have found, and many of the routines include doing planks, lunges, squats, resistance traning (pilates), running men, squat thrusts and jumps, push ups, etc.

I want to change my routine, because I believe I may have plateued a bit. I have started increasing my workouts to 1 hour and 40 minutes a day.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas for other workouts I can do AT HOME WITHOUT equipment? I have a set of dumbells thats all, and can't buy anything else here.

Please help with ideas!

=) there are a lot of things you can do without equipment and to me, you're doing quite a bit already. But the question is: what do you want to tone up? gain muscle or do you want to loose weight?
You're probably not platauing because of your exercise routine but your diet.
what are your stats and what does your daily diet/calories consist in?

wish you all the luck ! :)

I am sticking to under a 1000 calories a day

Ex.:

Breakfast: Semolina or 1 poached egg (sometimes with bread slice)
Snacks: Orange, Apple, Banana, slice of bread
Lunch: Raw, Boiled, or Roasted vegetables
Dinner: Salad or Beet soup or sometimes a little beat of meat (chicken, pork, or beef strips)

I started drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

I want to lose more weight. I am at 116 lbs (53 kilos) and want to get down to 52 or 51 kilos (112 lbs).

Also it seems to look like my stomach looks different on a daily and weekly basis. Some days I will look flat, and somedays I see a little pouch (not due to PMS). And I can't tell if on those days if I have gained weight or if it is just bloating or colon overload.

Under 1,000 calories???

That right there is bad.

I think you need to re-evaluate your calories [up them] THEN worry about your exercise. I could be wrong, but good diet comes first.

I agree with PaperAirPlanes, I think eating under 1000 kcal isn't healthy for anybody and might have lasting effects on your health. If the change is too sudden your body might try cut as much as it can to lower its needs, undermining muscle and other organs. Not to mention that extreme dieting, often (not always, if you know how to control yourself after) in regain after you stop.
Not sure though, so if someone could back me up? :)

and waaa ^^; I would die with that much exercise but that's depending how you feel. but feeding your body is especially important if you exercise this much.

It's been suggested that a deficit up to 1000 kcal a day is the maximum one should follow but I could be wrong.

=) let us know of any worries, and progress.
