Need new routine

Hi, I'm looking for a new routine. I'm looking for a slighty more advanced routine that will help me gain muscle and mass. I want to gain mass in my biceps and triceps. I wanna gain mass all over but those are the ones im most concerned about right now. Any ideas would be great.
Right now I'm just doing a basic full body workout.
Here it is:
Squats-3x8
Romanian Deadlift 3x8
Barbell Curls 3x8
Bent over Rows 3x8
Militiary press 3x8
Bench press 3x8

Just for a little extra
Bicep Curls on resistance machine-3x8
Tricep pulldown-3x8

I've been doing that routine for about 6-7 week about 3-4 times a week. I found i seen some good beginner gains but now I'm slowing down and not seeing as good as gains but I am still upping the weight.
 
Anyone got any advice
