Sport Need new Food Plan

Hello i need help with a new food plan to increase my weight. Please help.
My stats:
Age:15

Height 5'5
weight 115
I look skinny and wish to get bigger or fatter. Right now the food plan i am doing right now is.

7:00 Wake Up

7:30 Eat breakfast, usually Cereal (applejacks, fruitloops, lucky charms) with milk.

7:45-8:15 One bottle of water

8:20-9:10 Nothing

9:15-10:10 Breakfast cookie Oatmeal (quaker) one bottle of water

10:15-11:10 Nothing

11:15-11:45 One tray of food (green beans, spaghetti/hotdog, gravy, grapes) 1 carton of milk 1 carton of orange juice 1 water bottle

11:55-12:40 nothing

12:45-1:40 one bottle of water

1:50-2-40 nothing

2:50-3:50 One bottle of water, School ends

5:00 Drink 1 glass of Milk

7:30 Eat Dinner usually with (fish,spahghettic, white rice, porkchops etc.), 1 glass of milk,

Go to sleep at 10:30,
Repeat next day

Please help with my food plan i need to change it to increase my wealth.

I don't even know where to start on this one, if you want to be fatter McDonalds has a great dollar menu.
 
well yeh hes skinny but ppl find it hard to put on weight even if u had mcdonalds all day, i could do that and it wouldnt do nothin to me.

get some chicken in you, and oatmeal. read lv's grocery list at the top of the page.

I counted 4 times in your day that you actually ate something, I can't even call those meals. You are small for your height, you need to be eating 7 full meals a day. Get lean meats in every meal and veggies. Drop the cereal for oats, drop the cookie for a real meal, drop the gravy - hot dogs - spaghetti, drop white rice for brown rice.

You are going have to eat a lot to overpower your metabolism like keystotheworld said. CLEAN food too, no junk food!

Thanks for your advice. A question though.
What foods/snacks that i can prepare at home to bring to school, would you recommend that i eat during class to fulfill the 7 meal per day? I am guessing tuna fish with crackers?
Also, gravy isn't healthy at all? I think my school only serves unhealthy food at lunchtime so i think i might start bringing my own food if it helps me gain weight. The food i remember that my school serves at lunch, is hamburger, pizza, hotdog, sausage, sloppy joes, tortillas, taco egg rolls,<---- those are the main ones, Side orders are- bread, gravy, vegetables,greenbeans, grapes, strawberries, oranges, cantalopes and i forgot the rest.

There is a lot of things you can prepare. I usually pack a protein shake and some chicken. I usually eat something around 10, and again at 1. Boil a lot of chicken, put it in a container and grab one every morning, tuna is good too but drop the crackers.

Yea stay away from gravy. Yea you school only serves unhealthy foods. DO they have a salad bar? Pack your own food and grab a salad and some veggies/fruit.
 
Unfortunately they do not have a salad bar. Do you know where i can buy Protein Powder for the Shakes Locally? Like, what major or big store holds protein powder? I guess i am off to buy more tuna fish and oatmeal :)
 
Tuna fish travels well, chicken breasts also. Oatmeal is real easy. See if your school has skim milk or 1% milk. A couple of those in a pinch is better than a jug of water (more calories, more protein). Protein powder can be purchased at any health store, like a GNC. Also online, I am sure GNC has a website.

By the way, your breakfast is horrible. Apple Jacks or Fruit Loops?? Sugar and more sugar, not long lasting. Oatmeal is better.
 
Dont buy from GNC, we overprice :confused:

Its best to buy online because you can get it really cheap, but if you just want to pick it up walmart has some cheap stuff. If you want to go for GNC they got 3lb tubs of ON for 24$. Protein is Protein IMO.

( 1 scoop ON EXTREME CHOCOLATE + 1/2 scoop ON Cookies n Cream = THE BEST )
