need motivating!

Hi! So I am brand new to this whole forum thing. I'm hoping this will keep me motivated and on track with the whole weight loss thing. I lost 26 lbs last year and gained several of those pounds back. I keep trying to lose weight again. I'll loose a couple then get off track and gain them back then loose then gain. I just need to keep motivated. Help please!

I just started this forum yesterday and completely understand where you are coming from. I just wanted to say hi and tell you that we can ABSOLUTELY do this! If you are in a sticky spot, I can try to help. "Put the cupcake down," or something like that ;)

Well, what's keeping you from sticking to the diet/workout? If you need to get motivated to do something, it means you're not really enjoying it and it's more like a chore. Do you not the like the food you're eating right now? Do you not like the exercises, or what? Give me some more information and we might be able to help.
