Hey guys, I've been trying to take in about 2300 calories per day but lately I'm having a hard time! Currently I use fitday as a guide, I know it can be off but lately my average is 1800, sometimes as low as 1500 per day.
My goal is to build some muscle right now, but I've noticed that I've lost a little more weight, and I don't want to go backwards on my muscle results.
I'm very active, work out 4-5 days a week, rest for two. (5'1" about 110 now-was 112, started 116 before new program)My typical days consist of:
1 egg white, 1 egg wheat toast or oatmeal
cottage cheese with berries
tuna sandwich with lettuce tomato and one veggie with 2 egg whites
cottage cheese (again, I know) with some egg whites
chicken, fish or pasta, one veggie
protein shake post workout...
Can anyone suggest 'good' high calorie meals?
