I need a 5 day HIIT schedule. I have a small infant and HIIT is perfect for me because of time constraints. The big problem for me is that most of the HIIT workouts I see are legs based and my legs can't recover in time for the next day. In a perfect world, I would have 5 interval workouts I could do that are hard enough for results, but still good on my joints and recovery so I could continue work out 5 days a week.
