Sport Need help!

I find myself unsatified with the way i do shopping and the meals i prepare for my work lunches.

Due to the intense conditions at my work i find it easier to just get take way lunches but its costing way too much and the damage its doing not gona be good for my body.

Could anyone offer somes cheap quick and yes but healthy lunch options.

I was think multi grain wraps,with chick and sweet chilli sauce and fruits salad or something.
 
I eat a lot and have often got limited time so the below are things I eat which are simple, quick, and likely too bland for many.

Cous cous and seeds. Taken to work dry in a sealed, add boiling water and seal back up, nice hot meal and good to browse on. Can add herbs etc for flavour. Good for days when the snooze button was calling to you.

Rice & egg, tuna etc. Boiled up rice with a hint of oil with eggs, or tuna. This sort of thing can be cooking while getting ready for work.

Pasta salads. Pasta cooked soft, add mayo to keep from drying out and anything else you want, mashed up egg or tuna is good, especially with some nuts.

Leftover specials. Meat from large cook up the night before added to any of the above.

These aren't fancy, not intendted to be low calorie, and far from cordon bleu. But they are cheap, very sustaining and generall healthy.
 
Hard boiled eggs with some veggies or salad with another protein source...alternate between meat and fish if you get bored easily!
