Need help

Im 16, and I want to get fit so i can play football in 7 months. I have been working out for about 18 weeks, on a 4 day workout schedule. Right now, i would like some advice on how i can gain muscle mass while loosing fat.
Height 5'7''
Weight 155 pounds
Max bench 140
Max squat 250

To play football i would need to be a lot bigger, but i would need to lower my body fat. I would also like to increase my bench and squat maxes considerably. My metabolism is slow, and it is quite hard for me to loose weight. Also, I would like to know how to increase my speed ( does squating help?). Any advice would be very welcome....
 
nutrition is key. do you have a meal plan in place now?
 
not really, but i eat healthy, lots of white meats, and protein.... and i stay away from junk food and fast food.... and i drink only water. Mainly i try to eat healthy.
