Sport Need Help

I'm 16 years old so obviously im still living with my parents.And i know i eat horrible.but the thing is i wanted to get into shape,and i understand i cant do it just by exercise alone.So i wanted to try and start eating healthy.The only problem is NOBODY in my house eats healthy so its hard for me because my only source of food is whats within the house.Plus it doesnt help that im picky as hell.I mean i cant eat salad or pretty much anything people consider to be good for you.but i was wondering if theres something i can eat on a daily basis which would taste alright and still be okay to eat? yeah if you guys know of anything please let me know.just name off some stuff you guys think tastes okay and you eat.
 
First off, it would be best to open your mind and try new things. Go grociery shopping with your parents, try new fruits, veggies.
My personal fave's are
carrots, apples, bananas, peaches, celery, salads.
nuts are a good snack, almonds etc.
chicken is a good lean meat, also tunafish is a good source of protein.
you could do penutbutter sandwiches.
oatmeal, eggs (omlets etc).

I mean you have to WANT to eat right before you can. It is something you have to dedicate yourself to. Sure you can have a few cheats, but if you dont want to, there is no way you will stick with it.

Since I started eating right, I could NEVER go back to eating the processed junk i used to.

i can do all of that.and is there any specific bread i should use?
 
I eat very tasty meals - I just simply learned how to cook using the gourmet nutrition book by John Berardi and the recipes i've found online.

Chicken, beef, fish, eggs - Everyone eats these things they just don't know how to prepare it in a healthy fashion.
