I'm 16 years old so obviously im still living with my parents.And i know i eat horrible.but the thing is i wanted to get into shape,and i understand i cant do it just by exercise alone.So i wanted to try and start eating healthy.The only problem is NOBODY in my house eats healthy so its hard for me because my only source of food is whats within the house.Plus it doesnt help that im picky as hell.I mean i cant eat salad or pretty much anything people consider to be good for you.but i was wondering if theres something i can eat on a daily basis which would taste alright and still be okay to eat? yeah if you guys know of anything please let me know.just name off some stuff you guys think tastes okay and you eat.
