I need to loose 10 pounds by June 21. I've begun eating as healthy as I can, salads with chicken mostly with the occasional healthy snack. I'm running almost every day and I'm doing the p90x 349 workout almost every day and getting about 10 hours of sleep. Now I'm 18 and I live in a town where there is absolutely nothing to do so I might not get out much. Am I doing enough because I lost 6 pounds when I started a few weeks ago by just eating right, but now that I'm doing exercise I'm not losing weight. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
