NEED HELP! :(

AI'm 15 , 5'8''and I'm 230 pounds...mostly fat. I'm starting to go to the gym today and would have a monthly pass. I really want to change my life and it's not too late I'm still young. I want to lose weight and gain strength. What I need is a routine. I'm gonna go to the gym but I don't know what to do there! Any tips?
 
Hey how's it goin? You mention that you want to lose weight and gain strength......I am assuming a very beginner as far as training goes? Can you do push ups? Pull ups? Free Squats? Can you walk/ run a mile? What does your current diet look like? I am working on an ebook designed for novice lifters at the moment that contains a workout template that can be completely custom tailored to each individual. Get back to me on the answers and I'll give you my advice.

I can do pushups but up to 10 with pattern and like 30 for pull ups with pattern. I jog/walked/ a little run for mile non stop but it was 15 mins:( my diet is getting there I'm eating a lot of fruits now compared before and not a lot of junk food! But just starting like 3 days ago.
