Need help

I dont care how long it takes, im at a point in my life where ive realized that being overweight sucks, and the sport i do makes me want to lose weight even more.

im a male 16, 5'9 225 pounds, i need to drop 40 pounds of fat.

i am a organization freak, and ive tried diets on my own, but its hard because of the lack of knowledge i have about nutrition and excersize,

is there any program that just lays out the entire day for you (nutrition wise)

also, is there any way i can get my stomach to stop telling me im hungry when im not

not really - not one that will take the weight off and keep it off permanantly.

you're at the age where you can learn healthy eatig habits and how to eat properly.

Read around the forum -especially the stickied threads in nutrition and exercise and talk to the person in your house who does the cooking and shopping for meals.

Get an account at and learn how to accurately measure portions and keep track of your calories.

Your body is still growing and changig at this age, make sure you eat enough and make sure you're gettig exercise... 40lbs with proper nutrition and exercise shouldn't take you too long to get rid of...
