sorry, I'm still new to this posting thing. I'm 29 yrs old. I started dieting back in august taking december and january off. My starting weight was 184, now I'm at 154. I try to eat pretty healthy. Usually I'll have 2 slices of toast with peanut butter for breakfast. Lunch is ham cheese sandwich, or soup, a banana and an apple, and a 100 calorie pack. Dinner is 40z of meat (chicken or beef mostly), and a vegatable, sometimes I'll also have a side salad. Or I'll have a lean cuisine or healthy choice dinner and fruit if I"m at work.(twice a week). Snack at night is homemade salsa or cereal and milk. I usually have a cup of coffee in the morning and water throughout the day.(at least 40 oz) and tea at night. For exercise I had been doing 2 sessions of leslie sansones walk off weight (2.5 miles in 40 mins) 3 times a week and weight toning 2 times a week. (abs and arms one day, legs and abs the other). Recently I've stopped doing the walk off tape and switched to the bike(30 mins- 5miles) or the treadmile(40 mins-2 miles). I walk a lot at work being a manager in retail, recently I took to wearing a pedometer. I usually walk at least 10,000 steps, sometimes up to 20,000. I'd like to lose at least 20 more lbs. For now I"m trying to get in the 140's. I always try to set mini goals for myself. I hope this helps. thank you.
