I am about to requalify with my Job and I have to do 1 mile in 8.5 minutes and a 40yd dash from prone...I have not been working out reguarly due to my workload, and am 6'3, 228. I have been running daily, but have not timed myself as of yet..I have never been a big runner, but have played sports all my life (football, baseball)...any help getting ready and realistic expectations would be appreciated! Oh yeah..I have to test in 3 days!
