Weight-Loss Need Help With Nutrition

Weight-Loss
I need help improving my diet guys. Any suggestions that you can give me would be appreciated!

I'm looking to get better ideas for breakfast and lunch ideas. My breakfast lately has consisted of strawberries and non fat cool whip with a bowl of either strawberries and cream or apple cinnamon oatmeal. Lunch, has been a garden salad with chicken. Both are getting kind of boring so I'd like to incorporate other healthy ideas. I love chicken so anything to do with chicken will most likely be a hit. The only things that I can't eat are cherries, beans, and mushrooms. Can't stand them. Pretty much anything else is ok.

for break fast
1 glass of slim shake
1 boil egg with black tea with out sugar
1 cup cofee, bacon , and vegetable omlete

For dinner
Have bacons, chicken breast piece just grilled or steamed. or some sort of soup with brown bread

Hi Mandy! I specialize in nutrition but it's always best to consult with your doctor prior to changing your regimine as you may have health issues we are not aware of

anyways my thoughts... for breakfast loose the cool whip as it does nothing for you nutritionally, just empty calories, strawberries are great as well as all berries, try adding blue, black, rasp etc they are all low gi
maybe
apple cinnamon oatmeal is loaded with sugar
maybe sugar free oatmeal with berries and cream of coconut? I usually do smoothies and eggs in the morning

lunch is fantastic, if you like chicken trying grilling it with sauted vegetables

For the past few days, I've been eating 53g of Raisin Bran cereal with 1 cup 1% milk and added a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread. It's been coming out to 550 calories for breakfast and keeps me pretty full for a later and smaller lunch. I do sandwiches that consist of wheat bread (Sara Lee has a kind that only has 45 calories/slice), light Miracle Whip, ham, and thin cheese. I add a serving of Lay's Baked bbq chips and lunch for me ends up being 395 calories. I've started to adjust dinner to be smaller, but I'm still working on that.

If I get hungry in between meals, I'll snack on kosher dill pickles which have 0 calories and works to keep the hunger at bay.

I am a big fan of Fage Total 0% Greek yoghurt... I would have that with the strawberries or any other fruit you fancy for a change instead of the cool whip...
I actually eat a lot of Greek yoghurt - both the 0% and low fat... The thing is that I do not know any other Greek yoghurt that comes close to the stats for Total 0%...
150g Total 0% has 120 calories, 13g protein, 50mg sodium, and provides 15% calcium RDA...

While you could find things to eat with your strawberries that had less calories, I cannot think of anything that came close to those protein/calcium statistics.
