Need Help with my workout plan!

I am a 25 years old Asian male, 6ft tall, 101kg (about 222lbs), on the edge between overweight and obese. I really want to lose at least 10kg (22lbs). My daily schedule doesn't really allow me to have a long workout. So I came up with a workout plan, hope you guys can give me some suggesting.

I also understanding that dieting is important. I am still constructing a plan for my diet. So please just focus on my workout plan for now.

Workout plan:
1. Weight training
- Abs (P90 100 abs routine)
- 2 sets of [push-up x 10 --> Dumbbell Row x 10 --> Squat + shoulders press x 10 --> bicep curls x 10 --> tricep dips x 10]
2. Cardio (interval): 1 set = 3mins 15 sec of Jogging and 45 sec of Sprinting, do 5 sets, about 20 mins cardio

I finish all these workout in about 30-40 mins. I plan to workout 2 days with 1 day rest.
[2 days workout --> 1 day rest --> 2 days workout --> 1 day rest ..... and so on]

Please let me know what you guys think of this plan. Thank you.

Dieting is Important

To change your physical structure, you also have to change your surroundings (so to speak). Try to stay away from more high calorie foods and eat fresh, high quality foods whenever possible. For example, instead of eating cereal, try eating Oatmeal. But not instant Oatmeal, the type of Oatmeal with grains that you can see. Follow the instructions and put only a few amounts of sugar. In dieting, you have to be honest and face the truth. If you are looking to lose Weight, you can also drink two glasses of water before each meal to lessen your appetite. And finally, try to stay away from restaurants and try to make more homemade foods or recipes. It's gonna be a bit hard at first, then it just gets easier and easier.
