Need help with my weight loss

Hey guys, for the past month I’ve been doing 400-500 cals of cardio every morning while drinking 128 oz of water daily but I’m still not losing any weight. I don’t count calories since my tdee is 2400 and when I did count calories I reached no where near that number. I do 16/8 IF
 
Most people get more hungry when they start exercising and unconsciously eat more (or more calorie-dense) food to balance out the energy burned. If you´re not counting calories I assume that´s what´s happening here.

Yeah that’s probably true I just assumed it would be like impossible to eat over 2000 since it seems like so much
 
It can go really fast with energy-dense foods. When I tried to eat perfectly "clean" I often struggled to eat enough as well but as soon as I add in "normal" foods it becomes surprisingly (sometimes scarily!) easy :D
