Sport Need help with my diet...

Sport Fitness
Right now I think I'm eating pretty good(at least better than I was). But I'd like some advice and somethings I can work on. For breakfast I eat 2 pkgs of instant oatmeal(the lower suger kind). For a snake i'll have some cheese on wheat crackers(the 6 crackers kind). Lunch, i'll have a 2.8 oz can of tuna with pickle relish and mayo with milk(eat this after I work out as well as days I don't). and for dinner I have either a chicken breast with some veggies or a salmon patty with some greens. If you got any advice on what to change of add please let me know.

By the way...I'm 23, I weigh 200lbs and i'm 6' tall. I'd like to tone and build mass(if that's possible) I'm woundn't call myself fat but I do have some fat build up around my mid-section. As far as that I don't have any other trouble spots.

Thanks in advance

You have to eat cleaner. Get the raw oats, not the prepackaged kind. They are loaded with additives, even if they are low in sugar, and are junk. Get rid of things like mayo, cheese(unless it's fat free), and make sure the milk is skim. Eat 5-6 times every day, never going more than 3 hours between meals, and split your cals up between them evenly. For a clean bulk, I suggest a 40/40/20 ratio of pro/carb/fat, but every person is different, it's really just a little trial and error. Focus on meats like chicken, turkey, tuna, lean beef (95% or leaner), and supplement with whey protein immediately post workout. focus on brown rice, WW pasta and bread, baked potatos, and such for carbs, and get your fats from unsaturated sources like Natty PB, nuts, and olive oil.
