Before i start, ill tell about myself ( my diet needs, my budget, my limitations) :-
- I dont eat meat, with the exception of egg whites.
- I live in India, so im restricted to whats available here.
- I cant afford expensive fruits and food items.
- I have a gym membership
My plan for the 60 days weight loss :
- Calorie deficit.
- Atleast 5 days a week gym. It includes 5 days of cardio + weights
My measurements :-
I dont know my exact measurements yet. But i weigh 108 kgs. My chest is 50. My waist is 40 (jeans size).
My goal :-
Loss of inches! I wanna look better. For me Loss of inches > Loss of weight.
Early Morning :-
- 1 fat burner pill (brand is yet to be decided)
Gym :-
-30-40 mins cardio
-1 body part weight training
-work on sides or abs.
Breakfast :-
-4 egg whites boiled. (only for protein ) ( if you know a better alternative let me know , nothing that costs me much please)
-1 Cup cornflakes with low fat milk without sugar
Snack :-
-1 or 2 bowl of watermelon/muskmelon/orange/tomatos/cucumber/ or whatever i can find.
Lunch :-
-Salad
-2 medium sized roti's (indian flat bread) (wheat)
-sabsi (vegetable dish with minimal oil)
Snack:-
-Tea (with low fat milk , no sugar)
- 3-4 biscuits (butter, or regular)
Dinner:-
-1 or 2 bowl of watermelon/muskmelon/orange/tomatos/cucumber/ or whatever i can find.
- 1 cup of Pulses (Indian Dal) with minimal oil
Late night snack (optional):-
-cucumber
-mango shake or cold coffee without sugar with low fat milk.
This is the diet chart that i think i want to follow for my 60 days challenge to lose inches.
Can someone review it and help me out?
