the red marks are from where i was ''itching'' as people call it for a few seconds lol . i know im skinny but when i look down at my stomach , especially when i sit , it looks ugly an i feel like im fat even though im not . im 20 . 6'2 , 162lbs. i was 250 2 years ago . i work at a warehouse so im walking 6 out of 8 hours of the day . also lifting stuff , etc . i hear sit ups dont work . just someone plz gimme a diet / excersie plan that wont kill me or a bunch of organic , weird imported recipes , i hate that . no one has that stuff around there house lol . i think i just need to tone up and not lose any more weight. though i wouldnt mind getting down to at least 150 or somewhat lower.
