OK, im 15 years old, when i was young i used to have a tight front side, like pects and abs, now i have a lot of loose skin which i think is body fat. I dont like how i look in the mirror with my shirt off. Im not overweght but my pects are loose and i have no visible abs and my pects bounce and jiggle and i need help. Im doing 30 pushups a day and i see no improvement, crunches and lifting weights occasionally. sometimes i go long times w/o eating and see no results.
When i get chilled i look in the mirror and my pects get tighter and i like the way it looks a little bit more. but this only happens when i get cold and the body fat contracts. Can anybody help me?
