Sport Need Help with getting tight body, please veiw

OK, im 15 years old, when i was young i used to have a tight front side, like pects and abs, now i have a lot of loose skin which i think is body fat. I dont like how i look in the mirror with my shirt off. Im not overweght but my pects are loose and i have no visible abs and my pects bounce and jiggle and i need help. Im doing 30 pushups a day and i see no improvement, crunches and lifting weights occasionally. sometimes i go long times w/o eating and see no results.

When i get chilled i look in the mirror and my pects get tighter and i like the way it looks a little bit more. but this only happens when i get cold and the body fat contracts. Can anybody help me?
 
My pecs jiggle haha, and it's not fat... Muscle does that too. It's not hard like a rock.

You can't just *get* a "tight" body. You need to work for it, first you will want to bulk - to gain muscle mass, and definition. Which takes months of work.

Than you need to cut - by doing cardio to lose the fat thats over top of your muscle.

yea, iv been doing pushups and is that supposed to burn fat? i notice my pecks can tighten on demand now after weeks of pushups and they feel stronger but there is still body fat on my stomach and over my peks
 
Than what do u think is the easiest way to burn the body fat around my pecs and my abs, cause from all the exersises iv been doing, there is significant muscle, but there is still the same body fat, what can i do to get rid of the body fat.

Cardio and good food choices.

anaerobic...or an aerobic?

cuz aerobic exercise is what can tap into fat stores for energy. anaerobic (weight lifting) can't utilize fat for explosive energy...muscle glycogen does that.

I think he was referring to things such as HIIT. I could be wrong though.
