Hi there, i'm new here as you can see. I play basketball for my school, and in the summer we go 2 days a week for 2 hours for each (It would be different if we were in the regular season). I know i'm not "fat" but I have a little "chub" that I am willing to take the time to lose, I am also having a "man-boob" problem. Well, to start here's my current height, weight, etc.
CURRENT
Age - 15 (16 in October 2009)
Height - 6'0"-6'1"
Weight - About 180 Lbs.
Eating Habbits - I try to eat well, but sometimes I occasionally drink that can of soda, eat fast food, etc. I also don't think I eat enough Calories / Carbs.
By the end of 2-3 months, I want to weigh about 160.
I appreciate any help, I just need a program that an athlete would need. Thank you!
