Need Help With A Good Routine

Hi - I'm not new to exercise however I currently am not sure how to set up my daily exercise routine....maybe someone out there can assist me.

First off, my goals are to tone and tighten my whole body with the focus on my abdominals. My weight is nearly at goal but that should fall into place as I continue.

I work out at home and this is the equipment I have.

An eliptical machine.
One set of 3lb weights.
One set of 5lb weights.
Yoga mat and blocks.
Yoga ball.
Basic aerobic dvd.
Basic pilates dvd.
One large amount of motivation and tons of energy.
(thinking of getting a punching bag, boxing gloves and a mini trampoline).

How can I use the above equipment along with my own body weight to do the proper strength training for my own goals?

I would recommend buying a subscription to Shape or Fitness magazine. In every issue they show you how to do different exercises with body weight, tubing, a ball, weights, etc. It's a lot easier to understand what you need to do by seeing pictures. I could tell you all sorts of stuff, but it would be really hard to explain via the internet.

Make use of all your resources! Use all your DVDs and do a little research about using the weights. Make sure you have plenty of variety. Sounds like a lot of great equipment!
