okay so I'm 14, almost 15 and extremely underweight. My height is 5"7 and a half and I weigh 107 pounds. I've always been kind of underweight and I tend to eat a lot of junk food but I dont really know what foods I should be eating to gain weight. I also want to make my arms bigger and ofcourse like most other guys, work on my abs. I'm kind of toned but not as much as id like to be and my arms are extremely scrawny. The only equipment I have access to is a treadmill. I don't play any sports but I did play soccer for about 9 years, I stopped playing this year. Can you guys help me on my diet and develop a routine to help tone my stomach and make my arms a bit bigger ?
