need help with a few things

okay so I'm 14, almost 15 and extremely underweight. My height is 5"7 and a half and I weigh 107 pounds. I've always been kind of underweight and I tend to eat a lot of junk food but I dont really know what foods I should be eating to gain weight. I also want to make my arms bigger and ofcourse like most other guys, work on my abs. I'm kind of toned but not as much as id like to be and my arms are extremely scrawny. The only equipment I have access to is a treadmill. I don't play any sports but I did play soccer for about 9 years, I stopped playing this year. Can you guys help me on my diet and develop a routine to help tone my stomach and make my arms a bit bigger ?

Well, 2 things, give up most of the junk food and start doing full body strength training. There are many exercises you can do without equipment such as dips, push-ups, bicep curls with a heavy book or some other heavy object, squats, crunches, etc, etc... You can't spot tone the abs, you will need to drop fat everywhere for the abs to become more defined. For your diet probably the main thing you're missing is enough protein. Eat more, up the protein, and substitute whole grain breads, rice, pasta, and such for the white variety. You're young, results should not be hard to come by.
