I just have a question, I am not understanding what my calorie intake should be to sufficiently lose weight while I diet and exercise. When I had my personal trainer I was doing strength training 3 days a week for 30 minute sessions and I did cardio for an hour 7 days a week and I was on a diet, he told me then that my calorie intake should have been like 3,000 calories a day because of how much I was doing. I did the BMR and it said 1600 calories. With the BMR is that what your calorie intake should be? I am so confused, someone please help, I just need to know so that I can plan my diet.
