oh ya, wat excersise can make me taller?

Thanks

abs are made in the kitchen ;) you have to eat a clean diet (no mcdonalds) to loose the fat covering the abs ;) and situps is not used to get rid of that fat, but to build muscle, many think that by only doing situps u can get a 6pack to show, but you should do cardio to help burn the fat;)
Im not saying not to do situps, situps will build the muscle so they get bigger, which is good since they get more visible ;)

Cardiovascular exercise (working the heart). This is done by running or any such exercise that increases your heart rate.
Cheese is ok, if you incorporate it into your diet plan.

Good diet and exercise. Run, play sports, you're 14, your friends are probably running around like maniacs burning fat.

And to answer your last question....no exercise is going to make you taller, but that gave me a good laugh, thanks:D

im the biggest newbie there is when it comes to this stuff, but i cant stop laughing when I read him saying "is cheese good" or "does eating cheese help"

he probobly just wants to know if cheese is good to eat.. if im correct, cheese has a good ammount of protein in it, i dunno about the cals in it though..

Id say do HIIT, do a search on the forum for HIIT and you should find lots of threads, look for one with many replies, there has been many threads about hiit. it burns more fat, which is what you need to get your abs visible.
If you want to build strong abs you could do basicly any kind of ab exercise.. maybe weighted crunches. If you want your abs to get bigger, dont do very high amount of reps, keep the reps between 8-12, so you probobly need to add some weight.

..?can give me the website cause i don't noe how to find?
what to do to make my abs bigger?

to make the abs muscles bigger is just like making any other muscle bigger, rep range 8-12 per set with weighted crunches, so if you choose to go with 12 reps per set, the 12th rep will be VERY hard, the last rep on your last set could go to faliure (so you cant manage to complete the rep) i think

Django,

To make your abs harder, do 3-5 sets of 5-7 reps.

To make your abs bigger, do 1-3 sets of 10-15 reps.

To make your abs visible, you've got to lose some fat. Either run, jumo rope, box, play basketball, etc. You've got to do it at least 2-3 weekly in addition to training the abs.

Check out my blog, I've written an aticle on ab training...

It's not actually that easy to get a sixpack. I've been doing situps and whatever-the-move-is-called when u lay on ur back and lift ur legs up to the air, for about a year now, 3-4 times a week. (with reps 15situps-10legs-15situps-10legs-15situps). I'm a skinny boy so there is no fat surrounding my abs. I eat a lot and 'pretty' much proteins. I haven't seen a single change on my abs, even though i've increased the amount of reps. It sounds easy when u write "just do cardio and situps and eat healthy and you will get a sixpack". Hell it's not that easy. And don't ask me what to do to get the 6pack cos i have no idea

all ab excercises should be weighted - you need the extra weight to really work the muscle hard.

also, i read that you should increase the weight with each set, as if you keep it the same throughout each set you get no more muscle growth each time.

works for me, anyhow.

I think that's true only when you've already adapted to the weight. Just like any other muscle.
