OK I REALLY NEED HELP WITH FITNESS... There's all this talk about creating a 500 calorie deficit and if you only eat 1200 calories and work out you can actually not lose weight.. blah blah blah!! WHO HERE KNOWS?? My BMR is 1738
and... I want to lose 40lbs by end of November. How many calories should I eat, and how many calories should I burn thru exercise? Thanks! 2694 is what my body needs to maintain its current weight. If that helps anyone. Also, says I should not eat less than 1694 calories a day..how will I lose weight eating that much...? Or do I not know something? I have a membership to a gym and I've been going faithfully. I usually do incline interval training for about 20ish min. If ANYONE can tell me what I should be doing... any help whatsoever I'd be grateful. I don't have $100 bucks or more to have someone help me here.. thats what everyone seems to charge to get help from.
