Hello, i am 26, 6foot1 and 215lbs. I have lost 10pounds in the first 2 weeks of dieting but put it back on 2 weeks later. I havent made any changes in diet or exercise. I try to eat around 1800-2000 calories a day and a g of protein per lbs of body weight. I track everything i eat in myfitnesspal by under armour. I do not eat carbs except on my weekend cheat days. Please help. Why has the weight come back on although im following the same i used to drop 10 ? I feel like giving up. Please help with tips and others information that can help !! THANKS
