Weight-Loss Need help planning an eating schedule due to weird work schedule.

I'm having trouble figuring a good eating schedule due to a new work schedule. I work 6pm until 2:30am. The problem is I wake up at 10am and want to eat something, then I want to eat around noon with the family, around 5 for dinner, then again around 10 I'm starving. I didn't plan on it, but I've been eating 4 large meals a day and have gained some weight because of it. I need to drop quite a bit of weight. Hopefully somewhere between 100 and 125. I'm looking for any suggestions as far as working around my schedule.
