Need help on using GNC weight gainer 2200

Hi, I brought the GNC weight gainer 2200. My purpose is more towards gaining weight as I am quite skinny. So how do I go about using it?

For example, can I take one serving after just jogging 2.4km? or can I take one serving in between meals?

Advice appreciated. Thanks.
 
It does not matter when you take it. It should be a part of a diet of 1-2 grams of protien per pound of body weight and an excess of calories above your maintenace level, including adeqaute good fats, healthy carbs, vitamins and minerals, coupled with a good resistance exercise routine to allow you to increase lean body mass.
