Hi, I am someone out there tat needs help desperately.... I currently 20yrs old, weight 67 Kg and 187 cm.. Yup tats right, I one of those ppl tat u call Long Bean...
Right now, I serving the army and I think i getting thinner... I try to eat a lot but it doesn help much... I think I have a high metabolism rate cos no matter how much i eat and slp, i don get bigger..... Besides, army food sux....
I went scouting around the whole forum but there is just too many answers or solutions for me to follow.... My fren suggested drinking tons of soya milk or eating abt 6-8 times a day like tuna bread or high protein food etc eggs....
I only hope for some advice on my diets(No milk pls, i sick of them) and i will try to follow them strictly, and MONEY IS NO PROBLEM........
