Look, I could put up a diet right here, but that still doesn't garantee it'll work for you. Every person is different. A friend of mine, needed to lose weight had found a supermodel diet in some mag. All excited, she followed this diet exactly, and weeks passed, but she got no results. What she didn't realise was that that model probably was naturally thin herself and had high metabolism, something my friend doesn't have. So you see, there's no way I, or anyone else can give you a complete diet that'll work for you. You've given too little info. I'd suggest you read around a bit on this site. There's a lot of useful stuff posted. I've learned quite a lot myself and I've just been here for a couple of days.

Good luck

Cactii,

Like I said,I will help you with simple "dos and don'ts"---

When I lost my 25 lbs last year, I just went high on the veggies, had some protein and made sure I got my calcium, and ate a small but regular dinner. Fruit when I was hungry and for snacks.

But it wasn't that much of a diet, I still follow it today!

AND I do an exercise video every single morning, and the bike or walking every single night.

Course, I'm 40 and not still growing - or pregnant.

foods high in protein are often high in fat so getting high amounts of protein and avoid fat is almost impossible unless if you want to drink 5 litres of skim milk everyday

Every person is different. Most 'canned diets' will temporarily work, but then when reality and life hit you...you end up gaining it all back.

I worked with a doctor from A certain website and I found my personal formula....between accountability, education and support I went from 5'6" and 165 to 115 (I'm still 5'6") :). Maybe they can help you. It's worth a try.
