Hi, I'm 17 years old and I started a full work out routine the middle of last school year, but I feel like its not the best. This is what I normally do.
At School:
3x10 of 105 weight on bench <--I keep moving up the weight on this.
At my house:
3x10 Push-Ups
25 Minute Run
As many pull ups as I can do <---- Anywhere from 2-5
I know its not the best work out, but right now its something that keeps me at 155 pounds. ( I would like to lose 10 pounds)
Would this be a good work out?
3x10 Bench(Every other day)
3x10 Push-Ups
As many pull ups as I can do <---- Any ideas how to up the amount of pull ups I can do?
3x10 Arm Curls
30 Minute Run
2x30 Crunches
2x30 Sit-Ups
3 sets 20 second planks.
Should I not do some of these exercises every day?
I would love to have a toned body. I'm not trying to become the worlds strongest man, I'm just trying to become healthier.
How many days of rest per week are okay to take, I normally take two.. but sometimes I feel guilty about taking the second one.
I've also have trying to eat better, what are some of the worst things to eat if your trying to tone your body?
