Hello,
Im Chris and I am a new member on this forum. Anyways, I am a 18 year old and I recently went from 256 pounds in January of 2010 down to 142 pounds as of when I weighed in earlier this morning. Now after losing over 110 pounds I need help maintaining my weight by finding out how many calories and grams I should be eating per day.
I have been in contact with a couple of dietitians, who I really didn't care for, and they have put me on a diet of between 2100 and 2200 calories and 70 grams of fat per day. This is the diet I have been following, but I have continued to lose weight. So I wanted to ask on here if anyone could tell me what my daily caloric and fat intake should be or has a link for me to go to so I can find out this information. Here's the information in case someone is able to calculate it and tell me:
- Age: 18
- Height: 5' 9"
- Weight: 142 Pounds
- Activity Level: Sedentary
