Need help losing weight 100 kg

How do i lose my weight ?

Hello i am an 19 year old male, i am 100 kg and i am 6.13 ft and have an apple shaped body. Last summer i was even more obese i believe i was 120 kg and i dropped like 20 in one month I did cardio and some resistance training and i also did martial arts. Now i am aiming to drop like 15 kilos i am doing cardio every morning like 3 kilometer run and i avoid eating carbs(i do consume fruit though) i also eat a lot of vegetables and protein. Can someone give me additional information on how i can drop 15 kg
 
fruit is very high in sugar, so if you are trying to lose weight, that is something definitely that could be cut back on. Sounds like you are on the right track though. Make sure you aren't snacking (especially on carbs) and be conscious of your general caloric intake.

I answered your poll, but it's really not the greatest poll. Caloric intake is almost as important as what you eat. Eating certain kinds of foods is really just another way of maintaining the proper caloric count for losing weight.

Thumb rule is always burn more than your intake. If you're going for food that is high in cal, ensure that your burn it out by walking or an intense gym session. What helped me the most to lose weight was controlling dinner. Ensure that you have as less food as you can for dinner. That will go a long way in helping you.
