NEED HELP lol

Hi, i am new here, i was looking on google for weight loss stuff, and most seem like jokes...but this place, people seem to really know what they are talking about lol

i know some of u may call me a ("retard" or a "dumb kid" lol) but i need a little help.

i am beginning to be a lifter/powerlifter, i am just 16 yrs old, and i have a Weight Lifting Competition comming up soon...
i am 6'1" and I weigh 234 lbs. ... and i neeed to be at 220 lbs. ...in... 10 days :( i would like to be down in 7 days, i like atleast 3 days rest, but i gotta do what i gotta do.

i dont care if its mainly water weight and ill gain it back fast, i just want to lose that 14 lbs.
because right after we weigh ourselves in, ill probably eat a trple whopper or something anyways :smilielol5: haha

so are there any tricks, or diets, or whatev. out there to lose that weight ???

Only way you're going to lose that much weight that fast is to run a lot in very warm clothing. Get yourself perspiring immensely after a good 30 minute run. As for the weights, do about 4-5 sets of 14-16 reps of a relatively low weight. Eat very little the day before, and hope to meet the weight requirement.
 
To lose that sort of weight would require drastic measures, as noted above, which is not something I would recommend at all given your age. Metabolism can be a lot different in the developmental years and shouldn't be toyed with to the extent drastic dieting would.
