Need Help Guys...

I am new to this site....
Thanks again to LV for helping me.........

But, I need some info on how to do the following, if you all know of a website, or pitcures that show on how to do the following, I would
appreciate it..

Shoulders - LATERAL DB RAISE
FRONT DB RAISE
REAR DELT MACH
DB MILITARY PRESS
Please Help

Keep your elbows slightly bent. Concentrate on using only your shoulders to bring the weights up, try to control the eccentric motion as well.

FRONT DB RAISE

Very similar except in front, keep your back straight and try not to swing the weights up (many people do this, it kinda defeats the purpose)

(i personally would have the seat lowered to keep my shoulders more parallel :))
