I am a stay at home mother of a one year old and recently found out I’m pregnant again, I don’t want to be overweight anymore but trying to find motivation when I’m this exhausted is ridiculous if I’m honest I’d just like my boys and husband to be proud of me in public I could use a hand staying on track if anybody is willing.

try this

Drink large quantities of water at least twice a day, helping to rid the body of the toxins accumulated in it and help to put out, and helps to burn fat and dissolving cellulite accumulated in different parts of the body, in addition to increasing the feeling of fullness and reduce the need To eat meals in large quantities during the day, which automatically contributes to weight loss during record time.

Eat more fruits and vegetables rich in fiber between meals, which increase the feeling of satiety, which significantly reduces the weight in a short time, and avoid eating dinner, which is one of the strongest causes of weight gain

I'm sure that they will be proud of you no matter what! You're the mommy, and the backbone to your family. Congrats on the new arrival. What do your current eating habits consist of? You're newly pregnant...which is going to DRAIN the life out of you...and you have a 1 year old...double whammy on ya... :ack2: So....I'm going to tell you what works for me as far as energy: Fat and Protein...minimal carbs. I have adopted a Keto Lifestyle, and incorporate Ketones into my day.....with no regrets...I do NOT miss carbs in any way. I can walk past the bakery in any grocery store without it even phasing me. I am generally up about 4 ish in the morning....wake up on my own....and go until about 10/11 at night. I would love to hear more about what you're doing for food/energy/sleep. And as always...if you have questions please let me know :) :hurray:
