I need some advice on how to get started losing weight. I have never ever been on a diet before. Growing up I was always underweight. After each of 3 pregnancies I lost all the baby weight with no, and I mean No effort. But after the last 3 pregnancies I left about 10 extra pounds for each child, to make a total of 30 pounds I need to lose. I know exercise is probably what I really need because of all the flab. I don't really appear fat in my clothes, but in my swimming suit, and I have a conservative suit, my fat just hangs, it looks so grose. I've noticed other women at the pool who are a lot larger than me, but their fat doesn't hang like mine. Will this problem go away as I lose? Even when I was skinny, I always had a belly, not huge, but it looked out of proportion. Any way exercise, eating, any advice is welcome. Please help!!!!!!!!!!
