Need help getting started..... Desperate.

I just recently move from San Diego to Los Angeles (Obviously to search for the dream job) I currently live with my boyfriend who is also over weight. We are both currently in a position where we are EXTREMELY tight on money and don't MAKE the time to be active, but now I'm only going to speak for myself. I am barely making money to pay for bills, and get a few groceries. I usually get groceries that make my BF happy. I don't have money for a gym membership and I also don't know the best times to eat and what to eat. I am a 5'10, 230+ female who wants to start an affordable weight loss plan. I used to be active at one point. I would run, go to the gym and I have certain assets (My thighs and Butt) that I would like to keep thick but be toned. I don't know anything about workout methods or eating methods for a successful weight loss experience. More importantly, My doctor told me she'd rather smoke one pack of ciggs a day than be obese... that was a reality check. Please, any tips on how to get started?

the first thing you need to do is start logging your daily food intake in the diary section so we can get a good idea of what your current diet is like and then be able to make sugestions as to what needs changing to achieve your goals.

As for exercise, you cannot exercise off a bad diet so once your you have your diet is under control we can look more specifically at your exercise option, in the meantime I have put together a short beginner exercise circuit to get new members started at home with no equipment

this circuit has a good amount of exercises which will target your Booty
