Need help getting in shape for sports

Alright height is 5''8 my weight is 150.5 and ill be 16 in a few weeks. I'm going out for a sport next year and I have the summer to get toned into shape for either baseball or football.. Haven't quit decided yet, but most likely its going to be baseball. Anyways for classes next year I already signed up for physical conditioning again. When I was finished with that class this year I could do the following, bench 150, squat 230, power clean 150, 80 sit-ups (60sec), burst 25 push ups. The burst push ups was something are teacher made up where you do push ups as fast as you can till basically your arms drop or something. And thats basically all I can remember. Back again, I want to get my self ready for sports. I'd like to get into doing a Protein drink that ain't that expensive but works good taste doesn't really bother me just so you know! Um, I have a wieder 155 bench set with 138lbs in weights to use. Ugh.. Oh yeah, I play drums everyday till my arms are tired, all throughout the day. Basically thats everything I can think of that I can tell you. If you need to know more then just ask. Help me get a method together that will show results fast please!
